It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal taken from a judgment of Supreme Court, Onondaga County rendered May 13, 2011 may be prosecuted upon one original record (22 NYCRR 1000.15[c]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
