ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2011, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 2010, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 5, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 25, 2012".
