| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2011, to direct the respondent Vilena Bekker to produce the subject child for an interview and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellants for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney for the child and the respondent Vilena Bekker shall arrange for the respondent Vilena Bekker to produce the subject child for an interview at the office of the attorney for the child on or before February 17, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 19, 2012.
