DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Office of Court Administration pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(10) for authorization to disclose certain papers, records, and documents obtained in the course of this disciplinary proceeding against Ruth M. Pollack, a suspended attorney.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the opposition papers are treated as an application by the respondent to disclose to her those papers, records, and documents obtained in the course of this disciplinary proceeding which were not previously disclosed, the application is granted, and the clerk of the Court is hereby authorized to disclose the contents of those papers, records, and documents to the respondent.
