| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2011, as directed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 19, 2011, and for leave to file a supplemental record containing documents annexed to the motion papers as Document Nos. 1, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected on or before February 16, 2012, the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 19, 2012, and the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 29, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the supplemental record shall comply with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[b]), and, more specifically, must contain a table of contents and be properly paginated.
