Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered December 9, 2009. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011, as amended November 17, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
