Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file answering briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated January 10, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until April 3, 2012, and the respondents-appellants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before May 8, 2012.
