DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Village of Montebello, Village of Pomona, Village of Wesley Hills, Milton B. Shapiro, and Sonya Shapiro to hear appeals and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 18, 2010, together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 15, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals and cross appeal will be calendared together, and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
