Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 19, 2011, and October 21, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Katherine E. Wild, Esq., sworn to January 4, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 18, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 17, 2012, and inserting in its place the date March 19, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered October 21, 2011, is dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [f]).
