FALLSITE, LLC AND FALLSVILLE SPLASH, LLC, RESPONDENTS-APPELLANTS.

Appellants having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on January 24, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to January 11, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Philip G. Spellane, Esq., sworn to January 18, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 19, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 24, 2012, and inserting in its place the date February 10, 2012.
