DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Patricia Goldsborough, Appellant.

Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 15, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Greenwood Lake, Orange County rendered July 19, 2011 and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,

ORDERED that the motion to vacate is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before March 14, 2012.
