DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Finkelstein & Partners, LLP, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 27, 2011, in effect, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2011, which granted its motion for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant and directed it to serve its client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of the decision and order on motion dated November 16, 2011, and file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court on or before December 5, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time of Finkelstein & Partners, LLP, to comply with the decision and order on motion dated November 16, 2011, is extended until February 17, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 17, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
