Separate motions by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 22, 2010, and March 30, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-08286 and 2011-04512 are consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals is enlarged until March 5, 2012.
