| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-respondent, in effect, to direct the appellant to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 8, 2011, containing the affirmation in opposition of Ariel Aminov dated December 5, 2010, and the exhibits annexed thereto, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 5, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the affirmation in opposition of Ariel Aminov dated December 5, 2010, and the exhibits annexed thereto; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 4, 2012, and the respondent-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
