Appeal by Yuriy Kalantarov from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 22, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Cindy J. Mendelson, Esq., dated January 26, 2012, it is
