DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Thomas Yang from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, all dated September 27, 2011, and an order of the same court dated December 2, 2011. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated September 27, 2011, are consolidated with the appeal from the order dated December 2, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals on or before February 27, 2012.
