Motion by the appellant for leave to renew appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 3, 2008, and April 7, 2008, respectively, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated March 9, 2010, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 14, 2008, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court also dated March 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
