ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 25, 2012, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 2, 2010, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "appellant," and substituting therefor the words "respondent Mahitima Baa."
