ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated January 13, 2012, as amended by decision and order on motion dated January 20, 2012, is recalled and vacated and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Sandra M., also known as Sandra M.A., from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 19, 2011. Separate appeal by Stephen A., Sr., from the order dated October 19, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Stewart N. Altman, Esq., dated December 14, 2011, it is
