Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 17, 2011, and June 29, 2011, respectively, to include certain documents. Separate motion by Elmwood Park Condominium I, Elmwood Park Condominium II, Elmwood Park Condominium III, Foxwood Square Condominium II, Foxwood Square Condominium III, and Foxwood Square Condominium V, for leave to file an amicus curiae brief.
