Motion by the appellant Northeast Land Development Corporation to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 4, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered May 16, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 24, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
