2011-00602 In the Matter of Spencer Lader, a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 1507060)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Spencer Lader for reargument of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2011, which denied his motion for reinstatement, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated October 7, 2011. Mr. Lader was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 23, 1977. By order to show cause dated March 23, 1982, Mr. Lader was suspended from the practice of law pending outcome of the disciplinary proceeding. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 22, 1982, Mr. Lader was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of Lader, 90 AD2d 837). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2011, Mr. Lader's motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
RIVERA, J.P., SKELOS, DILLON, ANGIOLILLO and DICKERSON, JJ., concur.
