Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on October 20, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Vladimir Jeanty sworn to December 27, 2011, and December 29, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, and
