DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Allied Central Ambulette, Inc., and Craig D. Frazier, inter alia, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 3, 2011, and September 16, 2011, respectively, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated June 3, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of Allied Central Ambulette, Inc., and Craig D. Frazier to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated June 3, 2011 is denied as unnecessary as those parties have filed their respondents' brief with respect to that appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
