DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 29, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 17, 2012, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
