Motion by defendant-appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 17, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, deemed entered October 26, 2010. Upon vacatur, defendant-appellant seeks an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before March 14, 2012.
