| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, in effect, for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 21, 2010, and a judgment of the same court entered March 9, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 20, 2011, and to stay so much of the decision and order dated December 20, 2011, as directed him to release certain money held in escrow.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
