Motion by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion for a change of venue of the trial of Nassau County Indictment No. 32304/08 from the County Court, Nassau County, to another county, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2011, for leave to orally argue the motion, and to schedule oral argument of this motion with oral argument of another matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
