Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated December 13, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 9, 2008, on the ground that the record on appeal was inadequate, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
