ORDERED that so much of the decision and order of this Court dated February 3, 2012, entitled "In the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - February 2012 Calendar," which dismissed an appeal in the above-entitled action from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 15, 2011, is recalled and vacated and the appeal is reinstated.
