Motion by Theresa Yuan, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 13, 2011, which dismissed her appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2010, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
