Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 16, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered February 14, 2011.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the order dated June 16, 2011 is vacated, and the appeal shall be perfected by April 6, 2012
