Motion by appellant to compel the Justice Court to file a response to appellant's affidavit of errors and to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, entered April 21, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by March 1, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to compel is denied as moot.
