DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 16, 2011 and October 21, 2011, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking a stay pending the determination of the appeals is granted on condition the appeals be perfected by May 4, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the above-enumerated appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated under Appeal No. 2011-2763 K C.
