DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondents Ligho Feeza Hosein and Seven Hosein to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 21, 2011, as untimely taken against them.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeal insofar as taken against the respondents Ligho Feeza Hosein and Seven Hosein is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
