| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 6, 2010, January 7, 2011, and November 1, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered November 18, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from the orders entered October 6, 2010, and January 7, 2011, respectively, and the judgment entered November 18, 2010, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until March 22, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 1, 2011, is denied as premature.
