Separate applications by the respondents-respondents and the objectant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated June 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until April 2, 2012, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
