Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 17, 2010, and February 16, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered March 11, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before March 9, 2012 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before May 8, 2012, and the respondents-appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before May 29, 2012.
