On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2011, on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 14, 2011, is amended (1) by deleting from the ninth paragraph thereof the date "May 17, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "June 1, 2012," and (2) deleting from the tenth paragraph thereof the date "June 1, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "June 18, 2012".
