Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two decrees of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2011, and March 7, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 12, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
