On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 14, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 3, 2010, and December 22, 2010, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order dated June 3, 2010," and substituting therefor the words "Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order dated December 22, 2010," and by deleting from the final paragraph thereof the date "June 3, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "December 22, 2010".
