Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 11, 2011, to compel the court reporters to furnish transcripts of all proceedings and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court reporters are directed to furnish transcripts of all proceedings within 21 days of the date of this order, and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected by May 16, 2012.
