Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Genesee on March 18, 2011, and March 23, 2011, and having moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John Chong-Hwan Wee sworn to February 6, 2012, and February 9, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Erica M. DiRenzo, Esq., dated February 16, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 8, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 6, 2012, and inserting in its place the date March 29, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered March 18, 2011, and March 23, 2011, will be granted.
