Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, August 3, 2010, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2012, which directed her to serve and file a supplemental record containing a certain photograph and transcript on or before December 30, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the supplemental record submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
