Motion by the plaintiff, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated February 16, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 18, 2008, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
