Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2011, for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 25, 2012.
