| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2011, as dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2009, and August 14, 2009, respectively, and two orders of the same court both dated August 14, 2009, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is enjoined from making any further motions in the above-entitled appeals without prior leave of this Court.
