ORDERED that Robert M. Garcia, Esq., 320 Carleton Avenue, Suite 6200, Central Islip, N.Y. 11722, the attorney assigned to represent the respondent Maria V. by the Family Court Suffolk County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent Maria V. herein assigned; and it is further,
