In the Matter of Sarah P. Emanuele, appellant,

v Joshua Scritchfield, respondent.

(Docket No. V-2553/11)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Sarah P. Emanuele from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated October 3, 2011, and an amended order of the same court dated November 22, 2011. By order to show cause dated January 25, 2012, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated October 3, 2011, on the ground that it was superseded by the amended order dated November 22, 2011, and dismissing the appeal from the amended order dated November 22, 2011, on the ground that the appellant was not aggrieved by the amended order dated November 22, 2011.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).

SKELOS, J.P., ENG, BELEN and COHEN, JJ., concur.
