DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to assigned counsel's brief and a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 28, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's assigned counsel's brief is enlarged until March 16, 2012, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until April 16, 2012, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before those dates.
